Job Summary
Administer medications to residents per physician orders, coordinate services with ancillary providers, and report clinical changes to physicians and families. Oversee tasks of Medication Technicians and care providers to ensure resident care plans are followed, while managing conflict and documenting adverse reactions. Update medical records and incident reports, and communicate with practitioners, pharmacies, and family members for timely interventions. This part-time role at Belmont Village Senior Living requires a reliable LVN with at least one year of medication administration experience.
Required Qualifications
- Active LVN or LPN license in the State in which this community is located
- CPR Certified or ability and willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
- Intermediate computer and mobile device skills
- Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude
- Consistent and reliable attendance
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum one year of medication administration experience
- Prior supervisory experience
