Job Summary
Oversee patient care within the scope of LVN/LPN licensure by assessing, reporting, and documenting patient conditions in accordance with clinical policies and state/federal guidelines. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while ensuring care plans are implemented. Supervise CNA staff to assign duties and monitor the delivery of clinical care to maintain patient well-being. This role includes weekend 6pm-6am shifts with a $3000 hiring incentive. Candidates must hold a valid LVN/LPN license and graduation from an accredited nursing school.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
- Valid LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License
