LVN Charge Nurse (24258)

Oversee patient care within the scope of LVN/LPN licensure by assessing, reporting, and documenting patient conditions according to Cantex's Clinical Policies and state/federal guidelines. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while ensuring care plans are implemented. Supervise CNA staff to assign duties and deliver appropriate clinical care, maintaining the highest practical well-being for patients. Maintain accurate EMR documentation regarding patient assessments, evaluations, and condition changes. Requires a valid LVN/LPN license and graduation from an accredited nursing school.
