LVN Charge Nurse (24105)

Oversee patient care within the scope of LVN/LPN licensure by assessing, reporting conditions, and documenting changes in accordance with Cantex's Clinical Policies and state/federal guidelines. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while ensuring care plans are implemented. Supervise CNA staff to assign duties and monitor delivery of clinical care to maintain patient well-being. Requires a valid LVN/LPN license and accredited nursing school graduation. Includes a $1,500 sign-on bonus, 401k match, and tuition reimbursement.
