Job Summary
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, adhering to Satellite policies and state Scope of Practice guidelines. Deliver holistic support to patients with kidney disease, enabling them to prioritize living over dialysis while building strong relationships with a multi-disciplinary team. Maintain a high-energy approach to improving the work environment for both patients and staff. Requires one year of general nursing experience, an accredited nursing school graduation, and current LVN/LPN or CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- One (1) year Licensed Vocational Nurse general nursing experience
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent
- Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
