Job Summary
Deliver low-acuity adult homecare services from Thursday through Sunday, 8AM to 5PM. Administer medications and manage feeding tubes for young adult patients in the Mooday area. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on training. Complete TB skin tests within the last 12 months and ensure reliable transportation. Utilize tablets for electronic documentation while providing compassionate care in the Aveanna family.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
