Job Summary
Deliver low-acuity adult homecare services from Thursday through Sunday, 8AM to 5PM, in Mooday, focusing on feeding tube management and medication administration. Provide compassionate care to young adult patients while maintaining an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on training. Utilize tablet-based electronic documentation for daily tasks and ensure reliable transportation for all visits. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
