Job Summary
Provide feeding tube and medication administration support to young adult patients in the home setting across Mooday. Maintain active LPN/LVN licensure and current CPR certification with hands-on training. Perform electronic documentation via tablet and adhere to a Thursday through Sunday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM. Reliable transportation is required. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
