Job Summary
Provide feeding tube and medication administration to young adult patients in private homes during low-acuity day shifts from 8AM to 5PM, Thursdays through Sundays. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Complete electronic documentation via tablet in each patient's home. Required Qualifications
