Job Summary
Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) with an active license to provide home health care for adult patients in Gustine, TX. Weekend shift from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Acuity includes feeding tube, tracheostomy, ventilator, and medication administration. Must have CPR certification and a current TB test. Compact licenses must be transferred to the practicing state within 90 days. Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required. Reliable transportation required. Required Qualifications
