Job Summary
Provide high-acuity adult home health care in Gustine, TX, managing patients with feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, and medication administration. Deliver compassionate care across weekends, specifically Saturdays from 7 AM to 5 PM, while utilizing tablet-based electronic documentation for accurate tracking. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on training, ensuring all clinical outcomes align with Aveanna's national standards for private duty nursing excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
