Job Summary
Assist nursing staff with older adult resident activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and oral care. Perform vital signs at the beginning of each shift and as directed, while ensuring resident safety and completing required documentation in a timely manner. Motivate residents to maintain activity and engagement, utilizing attentive listening and relationship-building to increase their comfort level. Maintain current CNA I licensure and CPR certification, demonstrating patience and a positive attitude within a team-oriented environment.
