Job Summary
Pre-Op/PACU RN per diem role providing nursing care to surgical patients during preoperative and postoperative phases. Involves assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of surgical patients with safe, knowledgeable, compassionate, educative, and goal-directed nursing care in the immediate post-anesthetic period. Supports the center’s policies and nursing philosophy while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and recovery in an outpatient setting.
Required Qualifications
- Maintains current RN licensure
- BLS certification
- ACLS
- PALS (if applicable)
