Job Summary
Director of Operations for Allegiant Stadium Tours overseeing StadCo’s tour program, driving profitability and guest satisfaction. Responsible for overall tour program performance, leading a 20+ person team, collaborating with Marketing, Raiders HQ, Revenue Planning & Analytics, and Finance to optimize margins, monitor KPIs, and grow revenue through on-site spend (F&B, retail, and add-ons). Lead, train, and mentor staff; ensure compliance with health, safety, and laws; manage day-to-day operations, strategy execution, and cross-functional coordination with partners and vendors. Requires extensive experience in hospitality/tour operations, P&L mastery, and strong leadership with a focus on strategic growth, operational excellence, and superior guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, management, marketing, or sales preferred
