Job Summary

Operate a luxury vehicle safely and efficiently while following scheduled routes or responding to unscheduled dispatch requests. Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and loading/unloading luggage, packages, and other items. Monitor traffic and weather conditions, reporting accidents or safety situations to dispatch. Inspect the vehicle's exterior and interior for operational issues and damage before each shift, then ensure the interior is cleaned and fueled. Keep the vehicle neat and orderly, recording any malfunctions via electronic device. Learn and provide guests with information about local lodging, entertainment, and attractions. Maintain clear, fluent English communication with customers and coworkers in a courteous, professional manner. Read and complete trip sheets and vehicle deadline forms. Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must hold a valid Florida Class "E" driver's license, have a clean motor vehicle record, and be a non-tobacco user.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be flexible to work any shift and weekends
  • Valid Florida Class "E" driver's license
  • Points on motor vehicle record must be less than 3 in one year, 6 in two years and 9 in three years
  • Must be at least twenty one (21) years of age
  • Must be able to obtain City of Orlando Chauffeurs Permit
  • Must successfully complete an Alcohol/Drug screening process
  • Must be available to work flexible hours
  • MUST BE A NON TOBACCO USER
  • Must be able to sustain a workload consisting of loading and unloading luggage consistently
  • Must be able to operate a luxury vehicle safely and efficiently
  • Must be able to communicate by telephone, electronic device and in person in clear fluent English in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner with customers, guests, coworkers, and other persons
  • Must be able to learn and remember pick up and destination points serviced by the fleet including lodging, entertainment and attraction sites and be able to confer these to guests, passengers or other persons
  • Must be able to read, comprehend and complete trip sheets, vehicle deadline forms and related paperwork
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous Luxury Vehicle experience preferred
