Job Summary
Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival and departure, confirming vehicle details and valet needs clearly and calmly. Perform pre-acceptance vehicle inspections to report any visible damage, then safely park, retrieve, and return vehicles in accordance with established procedures. Maintain secure key control, follow ticketing protocols, and adhere to Ramp Captain direction regarding ramp flow, vehicle priority, and coverage. Report incidents, damage, or safety concerns immediately, supporting smooth ramp operations during peak periods and events. Work Thursday to Sunday between 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm with competitive pay of $18/hour plus unlimited performance-based tips.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills in a luxury or high-volume environment
- Calm, professional demeanor under pressure
- Attention to detail, safety awareness, and accountability
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments while respecting role boundaries
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Currently reside in Canada
- 23 years of age or older
- Skilled in both automatic and manual transmission
- Physically able to stand for extended periods
- Availability: Thursday to Sunday: 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm
