Luxury Travel Consultant - Madikwe Specialist

Job Summary
Consult with clients to understand luxury travel needs and preferences, then design and price tailor-made Madikwe safari itineraries. Manage the end-to-end booking process for accommodations, transfers, and special experiences while providing expert advice on lodges, wildlife, and safari logistics. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and work closely with operations to ensure seamless delivery of experiences. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Madikwe properties and travel trends. Requires minimum four years in luxury B2C travel sales, strong Madikwe region expertise, and CRM proficiency. Competitive base salary with commission, flexible environment, and opportunity to expand expertise within a growing luxury travel brand.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years' experience in luxury B2C travel sales or consultancy, preferably in African safari travel
- Strong knowledge of Madikwe Game Reserve and surrounding regions
- Proven ability to consult, upsell, and close high-value bookings
- Exceptional client service and communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Experience using CRM systems
