Job Summary
Luxury Sales Specialist serves as the brand ambassador in the showroom and on the lot, greeting and educating customers about vehicles, guiding tours of the showroom and exterior lot, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires building product knowledge through required trainings, achieving and exceeding CRM-driven targets (outbound calls, emails, texts, and test drives), maintaining accurate customer data in the CRM, coordinating handoffs to the sales team, and collaborating across departments to support monthly sales and delivery KPIs. Duties include showcasing vehicles, explaining current promotions and events, staying up-to-date on model specs and brand communications, assisting with test drives, and participating in opening/closing showroom procedures. Essential skills: strong communication, interpersonal abilities, professionalism and presentation, comfort with technology and CRM systems (Salesforce), proficiency with MS Office/Google Docs, willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a valid driver license with insurance eligibility. Required Qualifications
