Job Summary
Sell luxury Volkswagen vehicles representing Larson Cadillac; engage customers in-store, online, and by phone; match customers with vehicles that fit their needs; clearly explain features, value, and ownership benefits; maintain consistent follow-up on leads and appointments; build long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business. Requires strong communication, professionalism, goal-oriented work ethic, and ability to manage multiple customer interactions daily. Training and sales development support are provided. High school diploma or GED (or 1–3 months related experience) and a valid driver license with a clean driving record are required; flexible hours and weekends are expected. Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.
