Job Summary
Lead the Jaguar Land Rover dealership’s used car operation with a focus on driving 55+ used vehicle sales per month. Oversee traffic and lead management (showroom, phone, internet, and digital channels), implement strategies to improve conversion, and partner with the sales team to maximize appointment set, show, and sold ratios. Develop and execute inventory/value strategies, manage pricing and market competitiveness, and ensure effective reconditioning, photography, merchandising, and online listings. Coach and develop the sales team, conduct daily meetings and performance reviews, establish KPIs, and collaborate with acquisition, CRM, and F&I to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of successful automotive sales management experience
- Previous Used Car Manager experience preferred
- Proven track record of increasing used vehicle sales volume and profitability
- Strong understanding of inventory management, acquisition strategies, and market-based pricing
- Experience with CRM systems, digital retailing tools, and lead management platforms
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and execute improvement plans
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
