Job Summary
Drive sales of House of Rohl products across the Orange County territory through multiple channels, including showroom personnel and influencers, to meet/exceed budgets and strategic goals. Build and maintain relationships with showrooms, architects, designers, builders, distributors, and other key accounts; prospect new business with non-authorized dealers and relevant customers; engage the specification community (architects, designers, hospitality, multifamily) to expand market share. Ensure brand representation in showrooms, hit annual targets, and contribute to strategic initiatives. Requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to analyze market conditions, travel within the territory, and flexibility to work non-standard hours. Valid driver’s license and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required. Nice to Have: Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience
- at least 2 years in outside sales roles
- experience engaging with interior designers, architects, luxury showrooms, builders, plumbers
- experience calling on multifamily developers, senior living communities, hospitality projects or contract/project-based accounts
- valid driver’s license
- Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
