Job Summary
Lead in-home and virtual sales consultations with prospective customers to assess needs, design custom pool solutions using Pool Studio, present pricing and proposals, and manage the full sales cycle from appointment to close. Maintain accurate CRM data, develop pricing using the Retail Cost Breakdown methodology, build a local referral network with landscapers and builders, contribute to marketing efforts and collateral, and travel within the territory to multiple job sites. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales goals in a commission-based environment.
