Job Summary
Design Consultant will lead in-home and virtual sales consultations, assessing client needs and guiding customers from initial meeting to closing a sale for Anthony & Sylvan Pools. Responsibilities include creating custom pool designs using Pool Studio, developing pricing with RCBC methodology, managing the full sales cycle, maintaining accurate CRM data, building a local referral network, supporting marketing initiatives, and traveling within the territory (90-100%). The role emphasizes craftsmanship, teamwork, safety, customer service, and ongoing performance development. The position requires excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, strong negotiation abilities, and the capacity to work under deadlines in a highly customer-facing sales environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three plus years successful B to C sales experience required
- Licenses/Certifications: Some states require salesperson license/registration
