Job Summary
Communicate the Blue Nile difference and demonstrate exceptional customer service by educating clients on jewelry purchases while resolving complex service challenges. Maintain accurate product knowledge, follow up on all communications, and proactively build long-term relationships that exceed customer expectations. Achieve or exceed sales and service goals through professional, enthusiastic interactions that instill trust in the brand. This part-time role requires previous retail sales experience, the ability to stand for extended periods, and flexibility to adjust scheduling during peak seasons. Located at Scottsdale Fashion Square in Scottsdale, AZ, the position offers an hourly wage of $17–$20 with eligibility for discretionary bonuses and full medical, vision, dental, and 401(k) match benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Excellent interpersonal, creative problem solving, organizational and time management skills
- Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and high integrity
- Ability to work within deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer, typing/keyboarding, and data entry skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Flexibility and willingness to adjust to scheduling needs, particularly during retail peak seasons
