Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one consultations, educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services, and present customized treatment plans with financing options. Partner with clinicians and your Location Director to deliver a seamless, premium patient experience from arrival through checkout, utilizing LaserAway's custom CRM to access patient history and marketing-generated leads. Own your patient book and revenue target, guiding clients through their full aesthetic journey to build long-term loyalty. Weekend availability is required, with consistent full-time scheduling including evenings. This role offers uncapped commission, with average first-year earnings between $70,000 and $95,000, alongside comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales
- Comfortable in a commission-first structure
- Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered in every interaction
- Weekend availability required
