Luxury Retail Partnership role in Melbourne boutiques (Collins St & Chadstone) for University of Melbourne SAMM/FICA members, 6-month paid opportunity with weekend rosters. You will deliver exceptional client experiences, welcome and manage client flow, provide information about wait times, direct clients to waiting areas, and assist with sales tasks such as gift wrapping, personalization, and care services (bringing pieces to the floor, cleaning, polishing). Maintain a pristine boutique environment, contribute to a positive team dynamic, and act as a Maison Ambassador. Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or service-driven settings, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a self-starter mindset, and adaptability in a fast-paced luxury environment are valued. Weekend availability through September–March with potential additional hours during university breaks is expected.
