Job Summary
Provide professional transportation and bellman services for The Ranch at Laguna Beach guests, operating luxury hotel vehicles and golf carts to guest destinations, assisting with guest check-in, luggage handling, and escorting guests to rooms. Maintain contact with Guest Services via radio, monitor parking flow, ensure safety and compliance with traffic laws, and promote resort offerings. Deliver amenities, assist with directions, and maintain vehicle cleanliness and reporting of any safety or vehicle service indicators. Requires neat appearance, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to lift heavy items; prior luxury shuttle or valet experience and strong guest-service skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent education
- Valid state driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Age 25 or older
- Prior experience as a luxury shuttle driver or valet
- Ability to operate luxury passenger vehicles (manual, electric, automatic)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Grooming and professional appearance standards
- Knowledge of local area and attractions
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and push/pull up to 250 lbs
- Flexibility with schedules and on-call rotation
- Compliance with safety and traffic laws
