Job Summary
Respond to guest requests in an unscripted environment by having authentic conversations while booking global travel experiences to luxury destinations. Share your expertise and passion for hospitality to make thoughtful recommendations that help guests choose the right room and package. Serve as the connection between Accor and guests, offering creative solutions in a diverse, international team. This role requires native or proficient French and fluent English (C1-C2), with a background in sales, customer service, or hospitality. Candidates must be legally entitled to work full-time in Spain, with a start date of September 2026. The position involves 39 working hours per week on a rotating schedule with two consecutive days off per month, operating from Monday through Sunday, 8am to 10pm.
Required Qualifications
- Must be currently legally entitled to work full-time in Spain

- 2 consecutive days off (two weekends off per month guaranteed)
- Current opening hours: Mon-Sun 8am to 10pm
- Native or proficiency level in French
- Fluency in English (C1-C2)
- Relevant Experience: Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or tourism
- Luxury travel experience
- Comfortable with computers and new software
- Ability to understand and respond to guests' needs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of service principles and best practices
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Curious and eager for self-development
