Job Summary
Respond to guest requests in an unscripted environment by engaging in authentic conversations while booking global travel experiences to luxury destinations. Utilize sales skills to offer knowledgeable recommendations that help guests choose the right room and package, driving bookings and maximizing revenue. Share your passion for hospitality to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets. This role begins August–September 2026 with a one-month training plan covering culture, values, and quality standards. The position requires a French speaker (native or proficiency) and English fluency (C1-C2), with a 39-hour weekly schedule and rotating shifts. Based in Barcelona, you will join a diverse team of over 30 nationalities within Accor's Global Reservation Centre.
Required Qualifications
- Native or proficiency level in French
- Fluency in English (C1-C2)
- Must be currently legally entitled to work full-time in Spain
- 39 working hours/ week
- Relevant Experience: Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or tourism
- Luxury travel experience
- Comfortable with computers and new software
- Genuine interest in travel and hospitality
- Ability to understand and respond to guests' needs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of service principles and best practices
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Curious and eager for self-development
