Job Summary
Manage daily operations for assigned luxury properties in downtown Sioux City by planning staff activities, ensuring occupancy and receivable targets are met, and maintaining financial stability. Supervise personnel through intensive orientation, ongoing training, and weekly site inspections while resolving tenant complaints, maintenance issues, and operational conflicts in a timely manner. Enforce compliance with fair housing regulations, company policies, and quality standards to maximize return on investment and control operating expenses. Submit monthly reports, assist in annual budget preparations, and approve project improvements in coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor. Handle after-hours emergencies and represent the company professionally during resident selection and vendor interactions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Extensive knowledge of property management
- marked ability to analyze and respond to site problems
- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
- Extensive knowledge of fair housing regulations
- Considerable skill in problem solving, conflict resolution and dealing with confidential information/situations
- Must have the ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously in an accurate and timely manner

- cost efficient and profitable multi-sites management techniques
- effective employee training and motivating techniques
- in the use of company computer systems, including hardware and software
- Experience with AppFolio, Condo Manager or similar compliance software
- a minimum of one to three years of hands-on, successful working experience as a property or site manger
Desired Qualifications
- a four year or associates degree in real estate management business administration or related filed
- Formal and/or on-the-job training and education in property management, personnel management, and related areas of business management
- preferably within the J & M Property Management organizations
