Job Summary
Sell It’s Just Lunch memberships to busy singles over the phone using a consultative approach. Build rapport, identify client needs, and explain how the dating membership benefits them, including discussing potential matches and selecting matches based on client interviews. Requires 2+ years in consultative sales, remote-work experience, strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, and the ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism. This is a full-time remote role with a compensation structure that includes base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, supported by a benefits package.
Required Qualifications
