Job Summary
Execute preventative maintenance schedules across assigned luxury properties, including HVAC, plumbing, pool systems, and A/V equipment. Conduct detailed pre-arrival inspections to ensure guest-ready conditions and perform skilled repairs for electrical, carpentry, and smart home troubleshooting. Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests while documenting all work in the Breezeway system. Collaborate with property managers, housekeeping, and vendors to align on seasonal goals. Maintain a clean, professional presentation and utilize the Apple ecosystem and AI tools to optimize workflows. This role requires weekend and holiday availability to support the Gulf Coast hospitality season.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of maintenance experience
- A high school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
