Job Summary
Luxury Leasing Consultant responsible for delivering a polished, high-service experience in a luxury apartment community. Responsibilities include engaging prospective residents, conducting personalized tours, presenting homes and amenities with confidence, following up with prospects, screening applicants, achieving leasing/occupancy goals (including a 33%+ conversion rate), providing concierge-style service, maintaining an upscale community appearance, supporting marketing and leasing initiatives using CRM and digital platforms, and contributing ideas to enhance resident experiences. The role requires strong sales, customer service, relationship-building, excellent communication, tech-savvy use of CRM/Yardi, and a professional demeanor in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; compensation includes hourly pay plus monthly leasing bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of onsite apartment leasing experience
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable, insured vehicle
