Job Summary
Luxury Intern GSO based in the Global Sales Office London. Supports the Global Luxury Account Director–Group with lead conversion, serves as a point of contact between customers, Global Account Director and Hotels; assists with pre-planning for events (tradeshows, roadshows, and customer events); manages inquiries and opportunities, follows up on bookings, communicates with clients to understand decision-making processes, generates contracts, performs general office duties to support the Luxury Leisure and MICE Segments, and provides admin support for Leisure and ME (Middle East) inquiries. Requires strong English, familiarity with the luxury hospitality segment, and ability to coordinate travel opportunities and events; located in London, UK.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel or Events Management
- Fluent English required (written and spoken) and any additional European languages beneficial, although not essential
- Knowledge of the luxury hospitality segment
