Job Summary
Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, employees, and visitors by monitoring assigned areas, conducting regular patrols, and responding professionally to security concerns and guest requests. Enforce property security procedures through access control while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a polished, professional appearance throughout the shift. Communicate effectively with hotel management, staff, and emergency personnel, complete required reports accurately, and remain alert for the duration of the assignment. Full-time or part-time schedules available in Manhattan, NY.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be willing to provide proof of education
- Previous hotel, hospitality, luxury, corporate, residential, or high-end security experience
- Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be comfortable working in a busy hotel environment
