Job Summary
Luxuary Fitness Center Attendant and Lifeguard at The Wright Fit delivers high-level customer service to residents and guests, supervises the fitness center floor and equipment, assists clients with questions about facilities and services, coordinates personal training and other fitness services, supports event organization at the fitness center, responds promptly to client needs, assists management with daily tasks, and maintains The Wright Fit aesthetic and values. Requires lifeguard certification, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a dynamic hospitality/fitness environment, and a collaborative team orientation.
Required Qualifications
- Administrative or Customer Service experience, preferably in Hospitality and/or Fitness
- Attend and pass internal lifeguard certification
- A passion for fitness, health, and wellness
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
- Customer focused, able to manage conflict
- Excellent time management, able to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Attention to detail, a self-starter and personally accountable
- A positive attitude, team oriented
