Job Summary
Manage the store, staff, merchandise, and customer service while achieving sales objectives and maintaining operational standards. Conduct monthly staff reviews, coach associates on customer service, and retain talent by identifying growth potential. Provide qualitative and quantitative business reports, oversee full profit and loss responsibility, and maintain proper stock levels using the POS system. Create staff schedules, enforce grooming and styling standards, and monitor store cleanliness and organization. Recruit, assess, and interview talent, manage paid holidays and absences, and drive sales to exceed budgets. Submit timesheets, verify employee hours, and partner with regional and corporate offices.
Required Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience selling luxury fashion & accessories
- Proven track record of recruiting high-performing and accountable teams
- Knowledge of high-end luxury fashion and accessories
- Strong organization skills, with focus on execution, problem solving and improving processes
- Confident & professional verbal & written communications
- Ability to thrive and manage in a challenging, fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in multi-department management preferred
- Management experience of large teams preferred
