Job Summary
Lead the Fashion merchandise category for Jared Jewelers at North Point Marketcenter by driving category performance, storytelling, styling, and customer experience. Serve as the expert in styling, wardrobe building, and product storytelling, coach and develop the fashion team, oversee visual marketing and presentation standards, and activate the brand promise through customer-focused experiences and training to lift KPIs such as ATV, attachment, and clienteling behaviors. Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and shared success while partnering with store leadership to identify and develop fashion talent and ensure compelling fashion presentations across the team.
