Job Summary
The Luxury Fashion Manager leads the Fashion category for Jared Jewelers at Fashion Square, owning category performance and brand activation through styling, wardrobe building, and storytelling. You’ll coach and develop the Fashion team, supervise visual marketing and merchandising standards, and ensure displays inspire styling, layering, and customer connection while driving KPI improvements through coaching and targeted product storytelling for fashion jewelry and accessories.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in fashion/merchandising leadership
- Proven ability to drive category performance and brand storytelling
- Coaching and developing store teams
- Strong visual merchandising and presentation skills
- Clienteling and customer relationship skills
- Knowledge of KPI metrics (ATV, attachment rate) and performance improvement
