Job Summary
Build and nurture long-term relationships with a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth clients, ensuring every need is met with professionalism and discretion. Advocate for clients throughout their journey by anticipating needs, coordinating next steps, and keeping touchpoints seamless without handling sales directly. Manage client interactions and data accuracy in HubSpot and Podium, delivering consistent, elevated experiences via the unified assistant identity "Quinn." Resolve client questions and concerns proactively, often before they arise, while coordinating internally via Slack and G Suite to ensure efficient service. Support onboarding and operational workflows using Zendesk to maintain smooth client experiences behind the scenes. This relationship-first role serves a prestigious luxury jewelry client base, requiring warmth, precision, and white-glove care for discerning UHNW clientele.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of client-facing experience — customer support, client relations, or client advocacy background
- Comfortable and confident engaging with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients — you understand the pace, discretion, and expectations required to serve this clientele well
- Experience with CRM and client management tools such as HubSpot, Podium, or Zendesk
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Resourceful and intuitive — you identify and resolve issues promptly, often anticipating them before the client raises a concern
- Currently based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe
Desired Qualifications
- Direct experience in luxury retail or a luxury service industry
- Prior experience specifically in luxury jewelry or another high-end consumer sector
