Job Summary
Luxury Charter Sales Consultant role focused on acquiring and managing high-net-worth client relationships for private jet charters. Responsibilities include generating leads from multiple sources, outbound calls and visits, converting prospects into ACS clients, building relationships with operators, managing the full sales cycle from enquiry to completion, meeting/exceeding sales targets, flight watching and overseeing departures, and delivering service beyond expectations. Requirements include experience with high-end clients or luxury services, strong sales/negotiation and communication skills, resilience under pressure, ability to travel frequently and work beyond 9-5, and excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities. Training period of 6 months with mentorship, opportunity for global travel, generous base salary with commission, holidays, and growth opportunities. Must be able to travel frequently and on short notice.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working with High End Clients or in Luxury Product and Services - essential
- Strong sales and negotiating skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
