Luxury Bridal Manager - Jared Jewelers - Parks at Arlington

The Luxury Bridal Manager is the category owner and experience leader for Bridal merchandise, responsible for delivering an emotional, expertly guided shopping journey during one of life’s meaningful purchases. You will own the Bridal category performance, lead diamond education and storytelling, drive consistency in Bridal presentations, and oversee Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution. You’ll coach and develop the Bridal team to deliver real-time, actionable feedback on product knowledge, customer connections, payments options, and closing strategies, while aligning visual focus to launches and priorities. You will activate the Brand Promise, help customers express individuality through meaningful selections, and reinforce a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high-performance through coaching, performance KPIs (e.g., conversion, appointment culture, follow-up), and brand-aligned experiences. This role partners with store leadership to identify and develop Bridal talent, participate in training programs, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment across the organization.
