Job Summary
Lead, coach, and manage a team of In-Home Sales Representatives to meet and exceed revenue goals. Review and manage appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales Team to ensure quality and conversion potential. Assist sales representatives in the field with live calls, objection handling, and closing support. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and take corrective action when needed. Handle and close cancel-save appointments to protect revenue. Work with the rehash manager to re-engage missed opportunities and improve close rates. Lead structured sales meetings and training sessions focused on performance improvement. Set clear expectations, goals, and accountability standards aligned with company objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Prior successful home improvement sales experience, preferably within a One-Day Bath or One-Day Remodel model
- 2+ years of sales management experience with a track record of consistent results
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a performance-driven mindset
- Ability to analyze sales data and manage by the numbers
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with iPad-based presentations and electronic contracting systems
