Job Summary
Lead and coach a high-performing luxury automotive sales team to consistently exceed monthly and yearly targets, delivering an elevated client experience aligned with luxury brand standards. Drive showroom excellence, monitor CRM activity and lead management, and analyze KPIs to guide strategic growth. Recruit, train, and develop top sales professionals; collaborate with finance, service, and marketing to maximize profitability and client retention. Maintain superior inventory presentation and showroom standards, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of automotive sales management experience, preferably within luxury or high-line brands
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM systems and dealership management software
- Professional appearance and polished interpersonal presence
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
