Job Summary
Manage and oversee all F&I functions, including credit application processing, financing, and compliance with federal and state regulations. Work closely with sales and management teams to offer customers tailored financing solutions, presenting vehicle and additional product options professionally. Negotiate and secure finance terms and contracts while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of automotive finance products, rates, and lending institutions. Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders and vendors to support the dealership's finance offerings. Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team regarding finance processes and products. This role maximizes dealership profitability within a family-owned company serving communities for over 50 years.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive finance and insurance management, preferably within a luxury automotive brand environment
- Strong understanding of credit applications, lending processes, and compliance regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in relevant software and financial management tools
- Strong ethical standards and attention to detail
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicle record review
- Must be able to pass social security verification
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
