Job Summary
Lead the daily softgoods department at Christy Sports' St. Regis Aspen Resort location, establishing priorities to ensure an organized, stylish, and shoppable environment. Provide day-to-day direction and coaching to employees on product knowledge, selling skills, and guest service while implementing visual merchandising plans and seasonal setups. Monitor sales trends, inventory needs, and guest feedback to improve results, motivate the team to achieve sales goals, and delegate responsibilities for execution. Partner with the Store Manager to open and close the store, serve as a trusted floor leader when unavailable, and resolve guest concerns or operational challenges. Uphold St. Regis and Christy Sports standards while supporting inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- A passion for apparel, fashion, visual merchandising, and creating standout guest experiences
- Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Availability to work a retail schedule that includes split shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
