Maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and support daily operational tasks with the Property Manager. Represent the community with a professional demeanor. This role requires weekends, a valid driver's license, and living within a 20-mile radius of 625 Creekside Way. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience leasing conventional apartments
- Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance
- Flexible schedule – weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate
