Job Summary
Face of LaserAway in-person patient consultations and high-value treatment plan sales in a luxury aesthetic setting. Conduct one-on-one consultations, educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectables, and consistently meet/exceed sales goals by guiding patients through their aesthetic journey. Manage front desk duties (scheduling, check-in/out) to maintain a polished clinic environment. Collaborate with clinicians and the Location Director to ensure exceptional patient experiences from consultation to completion. Base pay is $20/hour with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses; top earners range from $90,000–$140,000+ annually. Comprehensive benefits and paid training provided; weekend and evening availability required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in luxury, med spa, fitness, or lifestyle sales
- Proven success with high-ticket consultative sales and relationship building
- Confident, polished, and professional in patient-facing environments
- Comfortable working weekends and evenings to align with patient demand
