Job Summary
As a Luxury Aesthetic Sales Consultant and Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) for LaserAway, you will conduct in-person consultations to understand patient goals and design customized aesthetic treatment plans, educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectables, and guide them through high-ticket sales with financing options. You will manage front desk activities, coordinate with clinicians and the Location Director to ensure an exceptional patient experience from consultation to completion, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals while delivering a premium luxury-service experience. Full training is provided, with a base pay of $16/hour plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, and top earners average $90,000–$140,000+ annually. Weekend and evening availability is required. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of luxury, med spa, fitness, or lifestyle sales experience
- Proven success with high-ticket consultative sales and relationship building
- Confident, polished, and professional in patient-facing environments

- Full training provided; no medical background required
