Job Summary
Face of the LaserAway experience driving revenue through high-value treatment plan sales; conducts in-person consultations, educates on aesthetic services (laser, body contouring, injectables), and guides patients through their aesthetic journey while maintaining a polished clinic environment; supports front desk operations and collaborates with clinicians and Location Director to ensure exceptional patient experiences; base pay $20/hr with uncapped commissions and bonuses, with strong earning potential (top performers $90k-$140k+), comprehensive benefits, paid training, and opportunities for career growth in luxury aesthetic sales.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in luxury, med spa, fitness, or lifestyle sales
- Proven success with high-ticket consultative sales and relationship building
- Weekend and evening availability required on a weekly basis
